Every morning, our breakfast room is transformed into a generous international buffet featuring fresh local produce, traditional pasticciotti, croissants, pancakes and much more. A wide selection of savoury options completes the experience, with particular attention paid to guests with allergies or intolerances: gluten-free and lactose-free products are always available.

Our SPA offers a complete sensory journey with a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, halotherapy, massages and exclusive rituals. Every month, we introduce new treatments inspired by the season. For guests seeking complete privacy, the SPA Suite is a secluded oasis devoted entirely to personal wellbeing. We exclusively use Gerard’s products, an Italian leader in eco-organic cosmetics.

We love the Salento region that welcomes us, and we demonstrate this through practical, sustainable choices. Our hotel is powered by an extensive and efficient photovoltaic system. We also provide a latest-generation electric vehicle charging point and bicycles for hire, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area more sustainably.
A transport hub with dedicated shuttle services throughout Salento will soon be available. We are partners of Albergabici and the Via Francigena: two programmes that share our vision of responsible tourism.
