Tenuta Corallo was born from a love of the sea and a passion for wine. The estate extends across almost 13 hectares close to Baia dei Turchi, along the Adriatic coastal road connecting the Alimini Lakes with Otranto. The vineyard is separated from the sea only by a narrow strip of Mediterranean scrub and is planted with Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Aleatico and Fiano, grape varieties typical of the Salento region from which the estate’s first prestigious labels are produced.
The experience at Tenuta Corallo includes a guided tour of the vineyards, winery and barrel room, where the wines are aged. Guests then move to the tasting area to sample the wines.
WINE TASTING WITH ACCOMPANIMENTS: €15.00 per person, VAT included.
The tasting usually includes three of our wines, typically one white, one rosé and one red, accompanied by olives, taralli and cheese.
Each additional tasting is available for an extra charge of €4.00 per glass.
